Terms of Service

1. Contractual Relationship

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the access or use by you, an individual, from within any country in the world of applications, websites, content, products, and services made available by My Invite Studio ("My Invite Studio," "we," "us," or "our").

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES. Your access and use of the Services constitute your agreement to be bound by these Terms, which establishes a contractual relationship between you and My Invite Studio.

2. The Services

My Invite Studio provides a digital platform enabling users to create, publish, and manage customized, premium wedding invitations and event websites. The Services include access to predefined culture packs, automated RSVP handling, a shared music library, and hosting of user-generated content (images and text) related strictly to the designated event ("Event").

You acknowledge that My Invite Studio is purely a software and hosting provider. We are not event planners, nor are we liable for the execution, cancellation, or delays of the actual Event you are hosting.

3. User Accounts & Security

In order to use most aspects of the Services, you must register for and maintain an active personal user account ("Account"). You must be at least 18 years of age to obtain an Account. You are entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you agree to notify My Invite Studio immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. User Generated Content & Acceptable Use Policy

Ownership: You retain full ownership, copyright, and distribution rights to any original text, photographs, audio, or video you upload ("User Content").

License Granted to My Invite Studio: By uploading User Content, you grant My Invite Studio a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free license to host, display, technically modify (for formatting and performance optimization), and distribute such User Content solely for the purpose of serving your wedding website.

Prohibited Content: You agree NOT to upload, post, or otherwise transmit any User Content that:

• Is hateful, abusive, threatening, or defamatory.
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.
• Infringes upon the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of any third party (especially regarding unlicensed commercial music or copyrighted photographs).
• Contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt or destroy the functionality of the platform.

5. Payments and Billing

Fees: Access to creating drafts is currently free; however, publishing a live wedding website requires a one-time non-refundable setup fee (currently set at ₹799 or aggregate equivalent in your local currency). My Invite Studio reserves the right to adopt new pricing structures or subscriptions for premium features in the future with prior notice.

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the services and the immediate allocation of hosting resources upon "Publish," all publication fees are final and non-refundable unless required by your local consumer protection laws.

Payment Processing: We utilize third-party payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe) to process transactions. You are subject strictly to the terms of those processors when executing payments.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Services may be made available or accessed in connection with third-party services and content (including advertising or image libraries like Unsplash and Pexels) that My Invite Studio does not control. My Invite Studio does not endorse such third-party services and in no event shall My Invite Studio be responsible or liable for any products or services of such third party providers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WEDINV DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, NOT EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

My Invite Studio makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability, or availability of the Services, or that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

WEDINV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE RELATED TO, IN CONNECTION WITH, OR OTHERWISE RESULTING FROM ANY USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WEDINV HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In no event shall My Invite Studio's total liability to you in connection with the Services for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you paid My Invite Studio for the specific wedding website generating the dispute.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
